££12 Million
This high profile project for Sanctuary Group will create 124 new key worker homes on land once occupied by HMP Craiginches.
The £12m development will provide 18 houses and 106 flats that will be available to local teachers, medical staff and other key workers for mid-market rent. The pilot project is part funded by the Scottish Government as part of their commitment to deliver 50,000 more affordable homes over the next five years.
