Halliday Fraser Munro secured planning consent for a new 93-acre business park next to Aberdeen International Airport for Miller Developments.
The carefully designed masterplan provided the framework for 1.4m sqft of office, industrial and distribution space and has already attracted a number of global businesses including BP, Aker, Asco, Emerson and also a Hilton group hotel.
